Happy Sunday and Happy Pride! <3 During my getaway in Upstate, New York a month ago I was really excited about doing a photoshoot in the woods. I really wanted my pictures to basically blend in with the nature and give it that smooth, natural vogue feeling. In this photoshoot I am wearing a Sheinside off the shoulder dress. This dress gives you the impression of an elegant and respectful female. The material of this dress is stretchy and thick. I would recommend for girls to purchase this dress during the fall more than the summer. However, if you are going to an evening event and it's outdoors then I would say that you should definitely go for it. Besides the material, the off the shoulder idea is marvelous because this is trending right now like crazy. Off the shoulder tops are #1 in the streets, magazines, fashion shows etc. Therefore, having a romantic red dress with off the shoulder sleeves is sensational. Thank you for reading my post. xo

A Day To Night Look From Burlington
Goodbye Monday! This look literally gives me a summer feeling. Burlington has been so useful for me lately! I can find any pieces that I need for such a decent price. Burlington offers different brand style pieces for such affordable prices and it is never difficult to find something that you're looking for. I was recently approached by a marketing associate from Burlington to collaborate with them and create three summer style looks. This particular look was one of my favorites! I wanted to create a day-to-night look because sometimes we end up going out during the day and have plans for the night. So instead of going crazy and looking all over for what to wear, we can work around the same outfit that we wore for the day time. For my day look I wanted to be comfortable so while wearing these fun printed pants I decided to pair this lace kimono top with it. At first I thought that by leaving the top outside instead of tucking it in, it gave a more easy-going vibe but then I felt like it made me look a little bigger so I tucked it in. If I am going to be out during the day I need to wear cozy sandals and these particular ones were perfect for what I was going for. While wearing the black bag I decided to let it hang from my shoulder. Then, for the night look it was best to tuck in the string inside the bag for a more dressed up vibe for the night. While throwing on the leather blazer, it combined amazingly with the clutch. However, it was amazing to be able to purchase this Burlingon outfit for under $60! This look was useful for the whole day. Day-Night! Just for what I was going for ;)

Next Stop Grad School
Oh my, how long has it been since I've posted something on my page? Weeks! There comes a time where something serious occurs in your life and you just realize that this situation is volatile. Therefore, I had to take time off from blogging and social media in general. But I wanted to get back to my journey by showing you all my graduation pictures and sharing my feelings during this time.
For those of you who don't know. I was actually born in Kosovo and I came to United States when I was 12 years old. Being so young in a such a huge country was exciting but at the same time petrifying. I didn't know the language and I didn't know how I had to"act". I had so many ups and downs during middle and high school. Due to the lack of English language that I had I couldn't pass certain exams and I had to be punished for work that wasn't being handed in. However, once I finally ended High School I decided to begin college with a brand new book. A book where I can start fresh and be someone. Through diligent days and nights of papers, exams, projects and nervous presentations that I had to overcome I made it to my graduation date as an honors student. The hard work that I did over the years finally paid off and the day that I graduated doesn't only make me exuberant but it also gives me an exhilarated feeling for what's coming for me: GRAD SCHOOL.
I was accepted into the Fordham University, Social Work Graduate, One Year Advance Program and I am so flattered to say that my decision was made in the spot. I decided to go along with my first instinct and respond with my decision. At this moment I have so many mixed emotions towards grad school. I am scared but at the same time excited. I know that I will have many sleepless nights but what gets me through those strenuous days and nights is the finish line. The line where will determine the rest of my future by giving me fulfillment of achievement towards what I want to do in life.
Cant wait to see what life will bring my way. x Live One Day At A time x Don't Rush x
